Hi, and welcome to my portfolio website! My name is Sydney Christensen, and I'm currently a student at Ringling College of Art and Design studying Computer Animation.
Home for me is San Francisco CA, but I'm also a Canadian citizen. I love to draw in nature, hike, ski, roller skate and sometimes watch really bad movies for fun.
I’ve tried my hand at just about everything creative, but what’s stuck is my passion for storytelling. It’s ultimately at the core of everything I’ve ever done- whether it was silly comics for my high school newspaper or animation assignments in college, each and every time I start something new I must have that driving force of character and entertainment. I am a storyboard artist that crafts emotionally connected and humorous stories for young and young-at-heart audiences alike, with narrative choices that excite people and teach them how to find humor and inspiration in all parts of their lives.
